Yasmin is a co-founder and co-director of both rip publishing, an independent publisher focused on cross-disciplinary story sharing (2013 - current), and Noted, Canberra’s emerging and experimental writers’ festival (2014 - current).

As an artist / curator, she has presented work at: You Are Here (2014, 2015), Art Not Apart (2014), Fashfest, (2014) and Multifringe at the National Multicultural Festival (2013), as well as exhibiting regularly. Much of her work is focused on designing opportunities for participatory making and audience collaboration.

As a producer / facilitator, she has worked on multi-day events including: the DESIGN Canberra festival (2014, 2015) and the Australian Ceramics Triennale (2015), as well as numerous one-off projects.  

Yasmin has taught design subjects at the Australian National University School of Art and the Canberra Institute of Technology (2014 - 2015). You can see some her design work here.
